Okay, so perhaps this sock obsession has gone a bit overboard, but which obsession hasn’t?

Anyway, the PREXcoaching®: For Sock’s Sake miniseries finished a few weeks ago, and I would like to use this opportunity to pay yet another homage to the whole miniseries and wonderful people who have made it such an unparalleled experience. For all of us.

Logic, Deduction & Mystery

The game you’re about to play is a simple cross between logic, deduction, and mystery games, such as whodunnit games, Clue/Cluedo, or even Einstein’s riddle. You must use reasoning to analyze clues, eliminate suspects and find culprits as a detective trying to solve the case of the missing socks.

The focus of the game is on critical thinking, problem solving, and fun storytelling. Well, fun at least for those of us who were there. It also improves pattern recognition and strategic thinking, all the while boosting memory, concentration, and attention to detail. It is also worth noting that the game encourages decision-making through a fun and engaging experience.

So let’s start, shall we?

Who Stole the Socks?

That’s the mystery you need to figure out.

There are 24 tiles below, arranged in a grid with 4 columns and 6 rows.

Each tile contains either a Sock Friend or a Sock Fiend. Sock friends are innocent, and sock fiends have stolen the socks. There are 5 sock fiends in total – find them!

If you suspect someone is a sock friend, make sure you have the Sock Friend button turned on when you click on the tile. If you believe someone is a sock fiend, click on the Sock Fiend button, and then on the tile. Make sure you switch between the buttons and pay attention to which button is turned on.

If you make a mistake, the game is over, so be extra careful.

You start the game from me – B3: Biljka. I’ll give you the first clue, so you can follow up on it and continue revealing the clues, finding Sock Friends, and exposing Sock Fiends.

As you can see, just like in real life, the first person I turn to is my best friend, so here’s a huge shoutout to my bestie, who helped me polish the code and bring this game to life!
