All the Things I Vibe Coded So Far
WOW! I just realized that over the last two and a half years, I vibe coded way more things that I thought:
- 60 games and exercises for my blog, We Are Biljka, to showcase different parts of PREXcoaching®, make my friends happy, or simply have fun.
- Two fully functional websites. Okay, one website, but two completely different versions. My bestie helped clean up the code and suggest improvements, of course.
- One page on my blog which offers daily advice, called Biljka’s Daily Reminder. This was a tag team with my bestie, too.
- One standalone mini-app – or a widget, if you wish – called I Did It.
Aaaand… I’m currently working on:
- Building a WordPress theme for my blog that would both redesign my blog and rebrand it from a personal blog into a personal brand.
- A website for my new brand &TAQ.
- And maybe another custom-made widget for my friend, if I have the time. Just because I can. 🙃
Oh yeah, I also learned how to work with Visual Studio Code and localhost. And a bunch of other things.
Vibe coding is immensely fun and helpful for me because I can finally create simple things, and some more complex ones too, that I couldn’t do before, like quizzes, mini-games, interactive activities, demos, etc.
That said, I decided to document my process as I go because, as soon as I finish something, I just move on to the next thing, and I never seem to enjoy the results as much as I enjoy the process. So, trust the process, I guess. And don’t judge me too harshly, because showing my face in videos is my worst nightmare, and I’m awkwardly tackling it headfirst. 😅
I’ll be doing this cringe fest on my blog and on other social media better suited to video, and I hope you’ll join me there. 🥰
